A potent essential oil for topical use to manage pain and inflammation – wintergreen has analgesic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties of use for headache, arthritis, sore muscles, sprains, sciatica, and cramps.
Dilute for application as massage, skin care creams, liniments, compress, topical rub, inhalation or for meditation in a diffuser.
Best used diluted in a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil as it is very strong. Only 1-2 drops is needed in 60 ml of carrier oil.
Caution: For external use ONLY. Avoid use during pregnancy, with infants or broken skin. Do not ingest and keep away from children.
