Alchemy & Elixir Health Group ships with Canada Post and is not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping. The customer is responsible for all federal and provincial shipping related taxes, and agrees to comply will all export laws of Canada that apply to the products purchased or received under this agreement.

Alchemy & Elixir Health Group uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products. As such, Alchemy & Elixir Health Group will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect) or expense due to shipping. Alchemy & Elixir Health Group will not be responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered items, or items refused by customs. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider. If a package arrives damaged, we are happy to place a claim with Canada Post on your behalf.
