Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil (pronounced “ho-ho-bah”) is the liquid wax produced in the seed of the jojoba plant. Jojoba is not actually an oil, but rather what they call a wax ester which is the most similar to oil found on our human skin (sebum).

The best moisturizer for oily skin, applying jojoba to the skin can “trick’ the skin into thinking it is producing enough oil, thus balancing oil production and helpful to unclog pores.

Jojoba is very stable and does not become rancid or lose antioxidants even after long periods of storage. It spreads well and absorbs well and provides all day moisturization  jojoba oil does not evaporate like water based moisturizers can.

Jojoba oil can be used as a make up remover (removing eye makeup, foundation, blush and lipstick), lip balm for dry cracked lips, nails, hair and scalp conditioner and massage oil.

An excellent carrier oil to dilute pure essential oils.
