Pau D’Arco is Native to South America; the shredded inner bark from a tall, stately, full leafed tree which may be used alone (this is a pleasant tasting tea) or in combination with other herbs. Pau darco is sourced from Brazil and is made by shredding, then drying the inner bark of the pau d’arco tree.
Pau d’arco has been used traditionally in South America for centuries; used for a wide range of conditions, including pain, arthritis, inflammation, fever, dysentery, boils and ulcers, and immune system enhancement. Pau darco contains microbial properties, used as an anti fungal, anti viral and antiparasite agent used for Candida and various chronic infections and viruses.
